Healthy Breakfast Magazine Insert

  1. Its most important meal of the day, which marks the beginning of the metabolism and stimulate cognitive function, certainly deserves a little imagination and a few minutes in the kitchen. We know how easy it is to have a coffee, add a little milk and call it breakfast, but more to lose weight early (and good) for tomorrow is a meatless meal.
