  1. I think this post exemplifies what a lot of people in management positions go through on a daily basis. Many corporations want to train their workers more, but are weary because they know after they acquire additional skills it will be easier for them to get a new job.
    I believe that it is a risk that is necessary for businesses to take. While there is a chance to employees will leave and take their skills elsewhere, if they are being paid and treated good they will stay with the company.
